Cancellation or return request

Under Israeli consumer protection law you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, if it is undamaged and unused. Cancelling for reasons other than a defect may incur a fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Personalized jewelry (engraving, custom size) cannot be cancelled.
