Metal on the product
Metal, color, and karat show as options on the product page, and only when they are stored there. “Gold” without a karat is not a karat. This guide does not add a number.
Warranty
The paragraph below is the warranty wording the store resolves now from the channel terms, including the default when an admin field is empty. The full text is on the returns page.
Manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, unreasonable use, or contact with chemicals.
Care
The store does not publish a separate cleaning manual beyond the warranty. A question about a specific piece goes through the WhatsApp button on its page. The number is the channel number.
